HPA serves to provide education and resources to those pursuing the progressive realization of next-level human performance. As part of this, it is appropriate to define and recognize levels of professional and organizational expertise and achievement.​

CERTIFICATION is awarded to human performance professionals who have demonstrated expertise in next-level human performance.

ACCREDITATION is awarded to organizations that have demonstrated a requisite level of commitment to remaining event-free through leadership and development of an exceptional working culture, including appropriate training and ongoing reinforcement of next-level human performance precepts and principles.
